Established in 2007, Grace Orthopaedic Centre is a purpose-built facility in Tauranga, bringing orthopaedic experts and related specialists together in one integrated environment to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across the Bay of Plenty.

This is the only unified, co-located specialist orthopaedic membership group in New Zealand, creating a centre of excellence to deliver quality, co-ordinated orthopaedic care to our community.

While each clinician runs an independent practice, we work closely together leveraging the shared expertise and close collaboration between independent specialists to provide a professional, patient-centred experience that reflects the highest standards in orthopaedic medicine.

A centre of excellence - Our multidisciplinary team includes New Zealand–trained orthopaedic surgeons with international fellowship experience, alongside specialists in rheumatology, neurology, and sports medicine. Working side by side, we provide expert care across joint replacement, spinal surgery, arthroscopic procedures, paediatric orthopaedics, major deformity correction, and sports injury management.

Located on the Grace Hospital campus, our Centre gives patients seamless access to onsite consultation rooms, surgical theatres, advanced medical imaging, as well as hospital and day-stay rooms, and a fracture clinic - all in one location. This unique setup ensures continuity of care from first consultation to post-operative recovery.
